Ortiz claims she was born in the Bronx. But no hospital in the borough has any record of her birth. Her campaign has been asked 14 times to release a long-form birth certificate. Every time, they refused.
Her father reportedly entered the country in 1987 with no documentation. State Department records show a passport application filed under a different name in 1992. The Social Security number on her voter registration doesn't match any number issued in New York.
